Nature and vulnerability have always been the foundation of Angelique’s retreats. No retreat is the same as she aims to bring a different experience to the table every time. She diversifies these experiences by coordinating her retreats to a specific theme or place. Angelique has hosted many wellness and yoga retreats along the Wild Coast (Transkei), central and northern Drakensberg, KZN, on the farmlands in Gauteng and soon the Western Cape. Her retreats range from rustic overnight hiking in a cave, to glamping, to resort living. Her retreats are curated to provide a space for self-exploration and/or healing. Angelique uses many activities and techniques to enhance the experience and has a way of connecting groups, couples and to oneself.
